2020-09-22/ ANDREDIAS95

From my own collection.

Location: This review was made indoors in Mellgrens Fine Tobacco’s cigar lounge.

Information:
Wrapper: Cuba
Binder: Cuba
Filler: Cuba

Size: 5.7×50, Robusto Extra (Maduro No.3)

Wrapper: Milk chocolate, oily and smooth with small veins.

Construction: Firm even feel when lightly squeezed.

Cold draw: Cedarwood.

1st third: Starts with a cedarwood, earthy sweetness, pinecone and rye bread.

2nd third: No distinct changes from part one.

Burn: Burns fairly sharp with a firm and stable gray-white ash.

Smoke: Medium voluminous smoke with a medium heat feel on the tongue and a medium light draw.

3rd third: Notes of coffee beans and hazelnuts presents themselves in the last part.

Duration: 17:45-18:45, 1h.

Conclusion: A medium bodied cigar with a medium strength profile.

Result: In my book this is an 89 point cigar.
