Another day and another cigar this time all the way from Antwerp 🇧🇪 sitting by the River Scheldt. Today is a first time smoke of the LCDH #hupmann Royal Robusto a beautifully sized and presented vitola. Some would say “the quintessential” cigar size as famous as a Churchill! I picked this up from the Casa Del Habano in Antwerp yesterday. A late special edition release, limited to 5000 numbered boxes of 10 made exclusively for La Casa del Habano franchises. It’s a light to medium with a very good draw and burn. The first third was surprisingly peppery/mineraly for me however it mellowed out with a more oaky flavour for the remainder. For the availability it really is an excellent cigar and given it’s only €19 in Belgium I am in love! If only I could buy more than 2 sticks 😵💫
I have tried this cigar twice, both sticks purchased from different places and smoked in different occasions
And it is the same in both times, both sticks over stuffed, slow burn and hard draw
Basically ruin my mood
