Right off the light: beautiful notes of cream, cocoa, nutmeg, sweet tobacco, and definitely some cedar notes. The draw is as good as it gets, and the smoke output is extremely impressive.

First half of the 2nd third remained very similar when suddenly the strength picked up a touch. Flavors of roasted nuts accompanied by a light leather were present. The cigar became a hint tannic here in the middle of the 2nd, but not unpleasant. It’s showing great structure and high potential for aging.

Last third presented a creamy sweet honey on the palate, and a beautiful roasted peanut aroma. The tannins actually disappeared on the final third and revealed a super smooth and creamy smoke.

Final thoughts: The construction on this cigar was flawless, and the flavors were complex and prominent. To say this experience was smooth, refined, and elegant is an understatement. The cigar never became hot, not even in the final puffs of the last third, allowing the blend to really show its profile all the way through. Stunned by this at its current age. I can only imagine in another 3-5 years what this will be like, but after smoking one, it will be hard to wait!
