Retired mma fighter, part-time boxing coach and bjj professor, I enjoy a Cuban cigar either on a special occasion, with my son or while on holiday.
What was the first cigar you ever smoked?
I smoked my first Cuban cigar (a partagas D4) while on holiday in St Lucia, I have since smoked religiously every holiday after that.
Which is your desert-island cigar?
Love the Partagas E2, but the partagas no2, the Monty no2 or the H upmann no2 are all in a very close second place
What is the worst cigar you’ve ever smoked?
Cuban cigars with construction issues which unfortunately make them hard to draw I would have to put in my ‘worst’ cigar category
What is your greatest cigar-related memory?
When my son started to really enjoy smoking Cuban cigars, at first I feel he smoked cigars to spend time with his dad, but now he is really enthusiastic about cigar smoking, our conversations about Cuban havanas have become very interesting, passionate and informative, I enjoy them greatly

My ST DuPont gold diamond head lighter, beautiful piece

What is your favourite lounge?
The monte cristo cigar lounge in ceasers palace Las Vegas, the Edward sahakian cigar lounge at the Bulgari hotel London
What is your favourite method of ignition?
To light a Cuban cigar has to be a Yellow flame, but when smoking to ‘touch up’ is preferably done with a burner
