My Biography
Australian living and working in Bordeaux; been enjoying cigars for 25+ years and the older I get the more I seem to enjoy the experience and now a daily ritual - even in the cooler months. I enjoy meeting other cigar connoisseurs and I hope to attend some events within Europe to learn more and enjoy the those special times. Like most aussies I enjoy my sports and travel and of course great food and a lively environment.
What was the first cigar you ever smoked?
I think it was a petit robusto from Hoyo or a RJ - but I am not entirely sure.
Which is your desert-island cigar?
Likely something from Punch - it’s always a cigar band I go back to and I have a few boxes now aging for future special occations.
What is the worst cigar you’ve ever smoked?
Non Cuban Planencia Robusto Original - very bitter and acrid to the taste - really tried to make it work but I still have 9 sitting in the humidor to try again in a few years.

Sailing in Croatia and watching a sunset off the back of the boat with family and friends.

Roman Allones, Punch, H Upmann, Diplomaticos... it's a tough one as it changes regularly.

St Dupont Ligne 2 and St Dupont Cutter Partagas - always makes a nice cut and draw and an Elie Blue Crystal Ashtray - should have some photos in a post.

Still searching - looking at building a smoking room in a cave this year..... just waiting on the ink to dry on the purchase - and tons of renovation and YouTube watching.

Christmas present - St Dupont Ligne 2 Yellow and Green - Limited - Had to go with the Australian Colours.
What is your favourite cut?
V-Cut or Straight - just depends on the cigar or what's in my pocket.
