The new Edición Regional cigar was created to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the partnership between Habanos S.A. and Phoenicia T.A.A. Cyprus Ltd., which is the distributor of Cuban cigars in Cyprus and much of the Middle East.

The Fénix is limited to 6,666 individually numbered boxes of 15 cigars, a total run of 99,990 cigars. According to Saleh, pricing is set at €660 ($712.30) per 15-count box, which works out to €44 ($47.49) per cigar.
